Terms of Service

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Flyingbird VPN (the "Service Provider") governing the download, installation, access to, and use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise misuse the App, its marks, code, content, or related services except as permitted by law or express authorization. Unless stated otherwise, the intellectual property in the App belongs to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may change features, routes, interfaces, or pricing and will provide notice where appropriate. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and jailbreaking or rooting may impair functionality or increase security risk.

The Service may rely on necessary third-party tools or infrastructure, including services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Use of those components may also be subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices of those third parties.

The App depends on a stable internet connection. If the Service is unavailable because of Wi-Fi failures, carrier restrictions, roaming charges, data limits, billing issues, or poor local network quality, the Service Provider is not responsible for resulting losses. Mobile data and roaming charges, if any, remain your responsibility. If another person pays the device or network bill, you must obtain their permission before use.

You are responsible for how you use the Service, including device power, network conditions, client configuration, and account management. Although we try to keep route information and compatibility accurate, some inputs may come from third parties and we do not accept liability for indirect losses arising from their inaccuracy. We may release updates when necessary for compatibility, security, or functionality. The Service Provider may also suspend or terminate the App or Service in reasonable circumstances, after which you must stop using and delete the App where required.

We may update these terms from time to time, and any revised version will appear on this page and take effect on publication (current effective date: October 4, 2025). Questions about Flyingbird VPN terms may be sent to support@flyingbirdfree.com.
